Our newest beer, The Fierce Mistral Pig, flying in at 7% ABV. We dry hopped this one and added oak chips a couple of weeks into the fermentation. The beautiful artwork is courtesy of my dad, who helped us make this bad boy! Now, fingers crossed for the carbonation period.
